Shipping Policy
Any orders delivered damaged, or incomplete must be reported to TRT Kingdom within 48 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by photographic evidence to support the claim. A claim will not be able to be filed for inquiries for deliveries with missing or damaged items without photographic evidence or longer than 48 hours after delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign up for delivery notifications with the delivery provider (UPS or FedEx) and monitor your tracking number. If you are in a state that requires a signature for controlled substances, they will attempt to redeliver twice, and then the medication will be returned to pharmacy. When this occurs, the medication cannot be sent back out to due pharmacy regulations and is not eligible for a refund.
Changes to shipping address must be made by contacting TRT Kingdom’s staff prior to your order being sent to the pharmacy. Changing your mailing address in your patient portal will not update it in our system for order processing.We must be contacted by phone or text at 980-480-5250 or by messaging us in your patient portal prior to your order processing date. Once an order is sent to the pharmacy, we cannot guarantee the address can be changed and we are not liable for delivery to the wrong address.
I hereby authorize the clinic’s staff to act on my behalf and accept medication delivery from TRT Kingdom’s prescribing physicians and deliver my medications and refills to me as prescribed by my physician. This authorization will remain active while undergoing treatment with TRT Kingdom or until the patient revokes it in writing. If a patient’s state is not licensed by any of the compounding pharmacies, we are allowed to sign for the order and send it to the patient.
