Once I reached out I was interested I received a call back right away and they answered every question I had. Once I decided to go ahead to start they let me use the labs I got from my PCP the day before instead and making me spend more money on new labs. Then I had an appointment within hours to discuss what I wanted and my current labs. Then I was prescribed what they recommended and received my prescription within days.
