Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. Scheduling a telehealth consultation does not guarantee you will be eligible for treatment. Payments for telehealth consultations are non-refundable. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us.
