Start before your next refill. Reduce avoidable delays
What we won't do: promise a gap-free handoff we can't guarantee. Any future prescription remains subject to provider approval, clinical suitability, required testing, state availability, and applicable rules.
SAFETY NOTE
Do not stop, start, or change your current medication based on this website. Continue working with your current prescriber until a Kingdom provider has reviewed your information and confirmed any next step.

If your question isn’t here, don’t worry. Ask our experts for clarity on your journey. We’re here to help.
How much does switching cost?
It depends on your current provider and the care determined appropriate. Compare complete annual costs including labs, medication, consultations, shipping, and fees.
Can I keep my current protocol?
Your existing protocol is reviewed by a licensed provider, who determines whether it can continue or needs adjustment based on your labs and health history.
Can Kingdom take over my current TRT prescription?
No. A prescription doesn't automatically transfer from one clinic to another. A licensed Kingdom provider must independently review your health information, labs, and current treatment before deciding whether Kingdom can accept your care or prescribe medication.
What records do I need?
Start with recent lab results, your current prescription or pharmacy label, protocol details, current clinic information, and your next refill date.
Will my recent bloodwork be accepted?
Possibly. Existing labs may be reviewed, but acceptance depends on timing, included markers, your circumstances, and the provider's clinical judgment. Additional testing may be required.
Can I switch TRT providers without a treatment gap?
Starting early may reduce avoidable administrative delays, but Kingdom cannot guarantee uninterrupted treatment or a prescription. Continue working with your current prescriber until a Kingdom provider has completed a review and confirmed any next step.
How long does the transfer process take?
Timing depends on record availability, new lab needs, provider scheduling, state requirements, and clinical review. Prescription timing can't be guaranteed.
Do I repeat full new-patient onboarding?
No. The transfer route removes unnecessary introductory steps. You'll still complete forms, identity checks, consents, and clinical requirements needed for safe care.
What if I can't access all my records?
You can still begin. We'll provide a medical-records request template, and a coordinator can explain what may still be needed. Records must use the approved secure process, never ordinary email.
Who is the transfer pathway for?
Adults 21 or older currently receiving prescribed TRT from another licensed provider, in a state Kingdom serves. New to TRT? Kingdom's standard onboarding is the right route.
