About
Amber
Amber Thomas, APRN, FNP-C, is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a longstanding member of kingdom's clinical team, having been with the practice since its inception. Over that time, she has helped guide patient care as kingdom's services have grown to include hormone optimization, medical weight management, sexual health, metabolic health, and peptide and wellness therapies.
Her clinical practice centers on individualized adult care: reviewing each patient's symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals, then combining that with laboratory evaluation and ongoing monitoring to build a treatment plan suited to the individual rather than a standardized protocol applied to everyone.
Effective care starts with listening.I want patients to understand their options and feel confident that their treatment plan reflects their symptoms, labs, and goals. Good care should evolve with the patient.
As a provider who has been with kingdom since it launched, Amber brings firsthand familiarity with the practice's clinical standards, treatment workflows, and patient population. Her day-to-day work includes evaluating new and returning patients, reviewing lab findings, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, educating patients on their medications and expected outcomes, and monitoring safety and treatment response over time.
Her areas of clinical expertise include testosterone replacement therapy, men's and women's hormone optimization, perimenopause and menopause care, medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy, sexual health, metabolic and preventive health, peptide and wellness therapies, and healthy aging and longevity. She commonly manages testosterone deficiency and hormonal imbalances, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, low libido and erectile dysfunction, fatigue and reduced vitality, weight-management challenges and metabolic dysfunction, and age-related hormonal changes.
Amber authors and medically reviews educational content for kingdom across the treatment areas she practices in, supporting content that is accurate, practical, and clinically grounded.
