About

Brice

Brice Horrigan is Chief Operating Officer at kingdom, a company he helped build alongside its Founder and CEO. He leads business operations, team performance, and the systems supporting a consistent telehealth experience. Working alongside kingdom's executive, clinical, and patient-support teams, Brice helps translate the company's patient-first standards into reliable day-to-day processes. His work centers on developing people, operational accountability, clear communication, and building an organization that can grow without losing the standard it was built on.

Before entering healthcare and business operations, Brice spent nine years across law enforcement and the United States military. He served in the U.S. Army Military Police as an enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer and was selected for Officer Candidate School. He left the military to be more available to his growing family. Those experiences shaped a leadership approach he still uses: set a clear standard, hold the line on it yourself first, and give people the structure and support they need to perform at their best.

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'

Isaiah 6:8

After transitioning into technology and healthcare operations, Brice applied that approach inside fast-growing telehealth businesses. He went on to build kingdom with its Founder and CEO, establishing the operational foundation behind its provider-guided hormone health, weight-management, and wellness services.

Brice holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Tyler (2015) and a Master of Business Administration from Houston Christian University (2025). He is also the founder of NOiC, an operational advisory business built around his Force Multiplier Framework, which helps owner-operated businesses identify constraints and build more dependable systems.

His interest in strength training, health, and performance is personal. His responsibilities at kingdom are operational.
